Terms of Service

Who we are and acceptance

TRNUP is operated by SKOGHEIM TECHNOLOGIES, a Norwegian sole proprietorship registered in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret), organisation number 937 840 977, with its registered address at Cort Adelers gate 20, 0254 Oslo, Norway.

These terms form an agreement between you and SKOGHEIM TECHNOLOGIES. By creating an account or continuing to use TRNUP, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required to use an online service in your country. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you confirm that you have it.

Give accurate account information, keep access to your email and device secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service.

TRNUP is social accountability

TRNUP lets people create private crews, make weekly commitments, post photo proofs, chat and use features such as Skip Police. A proof shows that content was captured and shared through TRNUP; it is not a guarantee of location, exercise completion, identity, health or performance.

Skip Police, leaderboards, votes and reactions are social and humorous product features. They are not disciplinary decisions, medical advice or objective assessments of a person.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, messages, comments and other content you submit. You give TRNUP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and show it to the audience you selected. The licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is legally required or technically necessary in backups.

Only share content you have the right to share. Obtain permission before posting identifiable people, and avoid capturing other people in gyms or public spaces without their consent.

Community rules

Do not use TRNUP for harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual or exploitative content, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, fraud, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not use Skip Police or mentions to repeatedly target someone or pressure them in a harmful way.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private content, probe the service, distribute malware, automate abusive activity or interfere with other users. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Health and safety

TRNUP is not a medical, health-care or emergency service. Training suggestions, scores and social feedback are general information, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk; use your own judgment, follow facility rules and seek qualified advice when needed. Do not use the app while an activity makes phone use unsafe.

Paid features

TRNUP Pro and Crew Pro purchase screens show the store-provided price, billing period, any trial and renewal terms before purchase. Mobile subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Platform rules govern billing, cancellation and refunds in addition to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Personal Pro applies to the purchasing account. Crew Pro applies to one selected crew with up to eight active members, and one purchaser may sponsor one active Crew Pro crew at a time. Entitlements remain available through the paid or applicable grace period and can change when the store reports cancellation, expiry, refund or billing failure.

Service changes and availability

TRNUP is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, perform maintenance, or stop offering part of the service. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free, but nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using TRNUP at any time and delete your account in the app as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting a TRNUP account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google; you must cancel it separately in the relevant store settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, security risk, legal requirements or conduct that harms users or the service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting support@trnup.app.

Law, changes and contact

Norwegian law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory consumer protections in your country. Disputes may be brought before the competent Norwegian courts or another forum available under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Questions can be sent to support@trnup.app.
