Support
We've got you
Most answers live below. Otherwise reach us at hi@trnup.app — we review support and safety messages as quickly as reasonably possible.
Account & login
Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code. Lost access? Start a new sign-in and contact us from the same email address so we can help recover your crews.
Crews & invites
Create a crew from the Crew tab or join via an invite link. Invites expire after a while and can be revoked by whoever created them.
Skip Police
Skip Police is social accountability, not a disciplinary decision. You can control Skip Police notifications in settings. Contact us if a crew interaction crosses the line.
Billing
TRNUP Pro and Crew Pro are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The app shows the store price and renewal period before purchase. Restore purchases or open Manage subscription from your profile; cancellations and refunds are handled by the store that billed you.
Deleting data
Delete your account directly in TRNUP under You → Settings → Account. This permanently removes the profile and active private content. If you cannot sign in, use our account-deletion page to request deletion from the email connected to your account. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that separately under Manage subscription.
Privacy choices & data requests
Optional product analytics is off by default. Change it under You → Settings → Privacy & safety. You can download a JSON copy of your account data under Account, or email hi@trnup.app to request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion. Website visitors can reopen Cookie choices from the footer.
Report content or a safety concern
Open a proof's menu or another person's profile and choose Report a safety issue to send a private report to TRNUP. This is separate from a Skip Police workout challenge and is not shown to the crew or the reported person. You can also block another user from their profile. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the local emergency number or an appropriate crisis service rather than relying on TRNUP support.
