Delete your TRNUP account

TRNUP is operated by SKOGHEIM TECHNOLOGIES. You can permanently delete your account in the app, or send us a deletion request if you cannot sign in.

Delete in the app

Open TRNUP and go to You → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the final warning to delete the account immediately.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address connected to the TRNUP account. Use the subject “Delete my TRNUP account”. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the account belongs to you before deletion.

Request account deletion

What is deleted

We delete the account profile, active proofs and private media, comments, reactions, crew messages, social connections, notification settings, push identifiers and active server-side Health summary shares associated with the account. An owned crew transfers to an eligible active member, or is deleted when no active member remains.

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention or security records may be retained when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. Deleted data can remain in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle expires.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting a TRNUP account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the subscription settings for the store that billed you.
